Digital marketing that sees the whole picture

I build and run marketing systems that connect campaigns, sales and business results for startups, real estate companies and businesses with a complex sales process.

How we start

An audit. A full picture of your growth engine.

Before building anything new you need to know what already works, what is wasting money and what simply is not there. The audit is a structured review of everything that brings you customers, from the moment somebody hears about you to the moment a deal closes.

What gets reviewed

  • Campaigns and budgets
  • The conversion funnel, the landing pages and the path from lead to deal
  • Site and content: organic search, speed, user experience and organic channels
  • Measurement, conversion tracking and how reliable the data is

Lead economics: what a lead costs you, what a customer costs, and what that means for the budget.

At the end you get a clear picture and a prioritised action list: what to fix first, what can wait and what is not worth the time.

And the one difference that actually matters: I do not disappear with the document. Whatever needs doing, I do.

Start with an audit

Every part of digital marketing, connected as one.

Most businesses buy parts. A campaign from one supplier, a website from another, content from a third. Each part works alone and nobody owns the result. I build all of them as a single system, starting from the deal you want to close.

01

Strategy and infrastructure

Marketing strategy, funnel design, digital asset setup, measurement systems, forms, conversion tracking and the connections between them.

02

Paid advertising

Planning, setup, management and optimisation of campaigns. Cost per lead, lead quality, messaging, audiences and the link between the ad and the landing page.

03

Content and channels

Setting up and running organic activity on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels, matched to the audience and the business goals.

04

Websites and automation

Brand sites, landing pages, catalogues, online stores, CRM, email systems and automation through Make, Zapier and webhooks.

The fit

I work with a small number of businesses at any given time.

Marketing that produces results needs involvement in the decisions, the execution and the measurement. You cannot do that properly for many businesses at once, so I choose a few and go deep with them.

It does not start with a platform. It starts with the business.

  1. Map

This is the audit. Learning the business, the products, the audiences and the sales process. Checking what already exists, what is connected to measurement, what works and what needs fixing, connecting or building.

  2. Build

Turning that picture into a work plan, and connecting strategy, messaging, content, campaigns and automation into one system that works alongside the sales process.

  3. Improve

Running A/B tests on audiences, messages, creative and offers. Measuring what performs better and improving each round on the data from the one before, so that tomorrow beats today.

Elchai Avgil

I do not advise businesses from the outside. I build them from within.

I am Elchai Avgil, an entrepreneur and marketing systems specialist with experience marketing businesses across a range of fields. Over the years I have worked on strategy, advertising, content, websites, SEO, measurement and automation.

I taught digital marketing tools with an emphasis on SEO in an academic course at Reichman University, and alongside it founded my own businesses, which I still run today using the same tools.

That combination lets me look at marketing not only through impressions and ads, but through what actually matters to a business: a clear system, quality leads and a process you can always improve over time.

When you run a business, you do not only see campaigns. You see the whole system.

Let us see whether there is a fit.

Tell me briefly about the business and what you want to improve. We will start with a short conversation and see together whether this is right for both of us.
